During the consultation process Tribe has been able to secure number 4 and 4a Watkin Road. This means that we are extending the proposed scheme of development to include 4 and 4a Watkin Road as well as the existing plans for 1-3 and 9 Watkin Road.

The site is located at 1-4, 4a and 9 Watkin Road, Wembley as a part of the Wembley regeneration area in the London Borough of Brent.
The application site is approx. 0.2 hectares and consists of a double row of light industrial units. To the west of the site a new development is emerging at 10-11 Watkin Road, to the south is a large car park, known as Yellow Car Park, where the Quintain Masterplan development is continuing to grow.
A planning permission was granted in March 2021 for a part 20 and 17 storey building on the southern site and a 14 storey building on the northern site for 174 residential units.
The immediate area of the site and its surroundings are characterised by a mix of uses including industrial, retail and commercial as well as some emerging residential led schemes.
Well served by local amenities, including Wembley Park station within 500m, this site has excellent public transport links and retail provision in the Wembley area.
